Alapan Arnab is a PhD student in the Department of Computer Science at the University of Cape Town. He graduated with a BSc(Hons) (First Class) in Computer Science from the University of Cape Town in 2003. Alapan is a member of the ODRL v2 Working Group.

Andrew Hutchison is an Adjunct Professor of Computer Science at the University of Cape Town. He is an alumni of the DNA group, graduating with a MSc in 1991 before completing a PhD at the University of Zurich in 1996.
