Access Control:
Private
information sharing make flexible access control mechanisms necessary.
In this regard,
we are interested in developing techniques to secure information
in dynamic environments. For instance, in mobile internet
communications, an SMS
message containing sensitive information might be encrypted or
displayed in an adapted form depending on the location of
a user at the time of access.
Secure Service
Oriented Architectures:
Service compositions
occur in an Internet environment which trust is typically an issue. In
cases of service compositions involving outsourced data, the data
owners need some way of guaranteeing that retrieved data is not exposed
to unauthorized parties. The issue here is how to check that the rules
for enforcing data security and privacy are obeyed. Applications abound
in areas requiring some sort of service architecture to facilitate
information sharing.
