Scrum Team Management System
The purpose of this project is to create a replacement software application for use by Korbitec. This company uses a software development methodology called Scrum. In order to track the sprints and the stories and the backlog stories for each project, they use a commercial application. However, due to Scrum being so customizable, this software is not the best for them and has features that they are forced to go through that they never use. This is of particular annoyance to them. For this reason Scream has been developed to only contain the necessary functionality that they need and want thus minimizing any possible annoyances
The final output of this project was a working application that met all the features that was required. As the application did so, Korbitec intend to replace their current software with Scream in the near future.
