cloud computing for digital libraries

huh? where do I start or what do I say now? I think I have spend too much time not realizing that Ubuntu is such a cool distro. thanks to my decision to come to UCT.



getting just a little personal, I am from such a big family but what can I do? being the sixth, I think those who came before me got all the best of my dad's brain which they never put to good use **confused**... but hey, at least I got a little fraction of that too. :-)

Well this is one of those little narratives I try hardest to avoid. My schooling career dates back to 1990 when I went to Morataleng Primary School (well, that's what we call them there) for my Grade 1 (NOTE: I never went to pre-school) in district of Quthing, Southern Lesotho. Being rural as it gets, Morataleng could only go up to Grade 5. I therefore, had to move to one Holy Trinity Primary School, also in Quthing district, where I completed my primary education.

I then moved to St. Stephen's High School in the Mohale's Hoek district, also in Southern Lesotho, where I spent FIVE odd years there. That's the place that did the touch-ups to prepare me for my university career. I then headed for the National University of Lesotho where I read for my BSc in Computer Science and Mathematics. That wasn't bad at all. TWO and a half years later I decided to challenge myself and enrolled for my BSc(honours) followed by MSc, both in Computer Science, at the University of Cape Town. huh! did I say all that? how boring.....
