Which side of the country has better {starting, mid career} salaries?

This is one of the biggest foci of my visualisation. I thought it would be interesting to compare the mid-west with the east and west coasts.

How are the top schools grouped?

Are the very best schools situated close to one another? Or are they spread out evenly with the population? Does this characteristic differ in different parts of the country?

Where, specifically, are the schools with the highest salary potential?

I would like to easily locate the top schools, and then see where they are geographically with a decent accuracy.

How much, exactly, can I expect to earn at X school?

I may want to know what I can expect from schools within driving distance of where I stay.

Where are the biggest salary increases?

This is interesting just for the sake of it. I had some trouble with this one, but I think I solved it as best I could.
